President Cyril Ramaphosa arrives in Ethiopia to attend the 37th African Union (AU) session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union.
In a blog post, the South African government stated that the Minister of Irrigation and Lowlands in Ethiopia, Aisha Mohammed Mussa, led the welcome receiving party in Addis Ababa alongside South African Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Dr Naledi Pandor, Ambassador of South Africa to Ethiopia Xolisa Makaya, and the defence attaché Brigadier General Khaya Nkukwana.
The AN Assembly is meeting this year under the theme, “Educate an Africa fit for the 21st Century: Building resilient education systems for increased access to inclusive, lifelong, quality, and relevant learning in Africa”.
