(The Post News) – Meta Platforms has begun rolling out its integrated AI-powered assistance in South Africa. Meta AI was first made available to select users in September of last year before gradually expanding globally.
The tool’s primary goal is to assist users in accessing Generative AI to enhance their creativity, productivity, and entertainment. Its key capability is responding to users’ inquiries about various subjects, similar to a search engine. It can produce pictures of concepts, locations, or individuals from textual cues.
To utilize this function, simply enter the prompt ‘/image’ followed by a brief explanation of the desired content. “It’s an extremely thrilling tool since it enables you to carry out various tasks like visualizing pictures… so it is capable of proposing Instagram captions aside from creating images,” said Grant Hinds, a technology fan.
The pictures are watermarked to enable users to recognise that they are AI-produced.
This could be revolutionary for numerous individuals since WhatsApp might be their sole passage to this technology. “You can use WhatsApp on a fairly modest device!
