Meanwhile, Ukraine has sounded the alarm over the potential escalation to a third world war if the anticipated United States aid does not materialize promptly to Israel’s missile and rocket defense apparatus. An allocation of $3.5 billion is set aside for the acquisition of sophisticated armaments. A further $1 billion is dedicated to the advancement of weapons manufacturing capabilities. Provisions for additional supplies and services to Israel amount to $4.4 billion. The package also includes $9.2 billion earmarked for humanitarian assistance.
