The 56-year-old singer, who has been battling stiff-person syndrome, a rare neurological disorder, walked the red carpet with her son Rene-Charles Angelil, 23, by her side.
Dion looked radiant in a white silk blouse and matching floor-length skirt, accessorised with a thin belt and silver jewellery.
Her son complemented her elegant look with a classic black suit and a white collared shirt.
