Revitalizing the Party’s Fortunes in the Region
(The Post News)- In a strategic move to revitalize the African National Congress’s (ANC) presence in the eThekwini Region, Secretary General Comrade Fikile Mbalula has led a high-level National Working Committee (NWC) deployment to the area. Accompanied by seasoned NEC members, Cde David Mahlobo, Cde Barbara Creecy, and Cde Cyril Xaba, the team is engaging with party branches at the iconic Durban Playhouse.
This intervention aims to galvanize the party’s structures, foster unity, and reinvigorate the ANC’s connection with its grassroots supporters. Through a series of interactive sessions and meetings, the NWC delegation is listening to concerns, addressing challenges, and outlining the party’s vision for the region’s future.
“The ANC is committed to rebuilding and renewing itself, and this deployment is a testament to our dedication to listening to our members and working together to build a stronger, more united party,” said ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula.
As the ANC navigates a critical phase in its history, this deployment underscores the organization’s commitment to self-reflection, growth, and collective action. By mobilizing its leadership and engaging with members, the party seeks to emerge stronger, more united, and poised for success in the eThekwini Region.
