(The Post News)- The High Court in Carnarvon has handed down a life imprisonment sentence to 36-year-old Jerome Jeremia Witbooi for the reprehensible rape of his 48-year-old partner. The incident occurred on Monday, November 28, 2022, in Carnarvon, sending shockwaves through the community.
