(The Post News)- President Volodymyr Zelensky during the week presented his “victory plan” to the Ukrainian parliament, aimed at Ukraine’s future following the ongoing war with Russia. While addressing the members of parliament and the nation, Zelensky briefly explained the key goals and priorities toward his administration.
