(The Post News)- The culture of the Tesla company, which attracts millions of job seekers annually, is to have no space for employees whose intention is to clock in and out daily looking to become rich overnight.
Â
Current and former Tesla employees indicated that the company’s culture is built on working hard for a small monthly salary. According to them, those who want a large paycheck may be paid more than others, regardless of how educated or knowledgeable they are about the profession. Surprisingly, even Tesla’s highly skilled employees in tech and automotive are still earning less salaries than their competitors from other companies.
The directors of engineers and managers in the company’s service centers responsible for fixing vehicles based in the United States of America are currently earning between $35,000 and $324,000, according to the research.
Â
This is the large amount of salaries that remained in place since 2021, and so far, no more increments have been implemented for the employees who believe only hard work is required but are not earning enough money. Only substantial stock grants are taken into consideration by the Tesla salary database, which is shown by Elon Musk’s strategy according to some data collected. When asked for comment, Tesla, Musk, and the company’s board of directors did not respond.
