(The Post News)- A 5,000 euro fine and a 12-month ban from sporting events have been proposed by the Anti-Violence Commission to two local fans who uttered and made insults and gestures of a racist nature directed against the visiting player Lamine Yamal, during the Real Madrid vs. Barcelona game on October 26 at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The same prohibition period and a fine of 4,000 euros are also being proposed for two other supporters who committed similar offenses against several visiting players and another who violently assaulted two visiting fans, one of whom was wearing a visiting team jersey, in the vicinity of the stadium after the match was over.
However, the proposal’s amount was lowered to 3,001 euros and six months to a local fan who made serious insulting remarks about a number of visiting players. Then to another local fan who obstructed the police’s work, refused to identify himself, and insulted them.
