Additional lawsuits have been added to Diddy’s charges, as three men have accused him of raping and drugging them.
(The Post News)– The case of the famous American rapper, producer, and record executive, Sean “Diddy” Combs, has received additional charges, as three men have accused Combs of raping and drugging them. It is reported that the men alleged that Combs spiked their drinks and then raped them in instances that occurred as recently as 2022.
The latest lawsuits, which were initially disclosed by TMZ, were filed separately by anonymous alleged victims through a New York attorney. The lawsuits claim that the victims attended parties with Combs, two of which were in hotels while the third one was at his Hamptons mansion. The lawsuits further state that Combs offered the victims alcoholic drinks after which they passed out and woke up to him raping them.
Combd has refuted the claims and entered a “not guilty” plea. Combs’s legal representatives stated to TMZ that the claims were untrue; they aim to prove that and pursue sanctions against every “unethical lawyer” who submitted bogus allegations against Combs. NBC reported that all three victims are male, and in court filings, they are only named as John Doe.
The alleged assaults mentioned in the documents occurred between 2019 and 2022. According to one of the victims, his victimization was allegedly filmed, and the man who operated the camera gave him cash amounting to $2,500. Meanwhile, in the second lawsuit, the victim claimed to have been intimidated by Combs’ affiliates not to speak out.
Additionally, in the third lawsuit, it was claimed that during the summer of 2020, he was taken by Combs’ associates from Bad Boy Records to his home in the Hamptons. The lawsuit goes on to describe what happened after the victim arrived at Combs’ home, alleging that the victim became ill and passed out, and Combs and his affiliates sexually abused and raped him one after the other.
The lawyer representing the three victims, Thomas Giuffra, a New York-based lawyer with experience in abuse cases, told the Guardian that the three separate victims outlined a disturbingly “similar pattern.” Giuffra also indicated that he has received over 60 calls regarding cases against Combs, but these three are the ones he is actively pursuing. All three victims alleged to have been threatened by Combs; hence, they filed anonymously.
