(The Post News)– President Cyril Ramaphosa has made a significant commitment to South Africa’s future by pledging an investment of R10 billion in Early Childhood Development (ECD) over the next three years. This critical initiative aims to provide quality access to ECD programmes for the 1.3 million children who are currently not enrolled in any formal learning opportunities.

Minister Gwarube emphasised the importance of leadership in the ECD sector during her speech.
