Barcelona Trash Real Madrid in a 7-Goal Thrilling El Clasico

(The Post News)– Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 4-3 in a thrilling El Clásico at Montjuïc that was full of goals, drama, and crucial moments in the La Liga title battle.

Mbappe easily scored from the penalty spot in the fourth minute after Szczesny gave up a penalty due to a mistake by Cubarsi, giving Real Madrid the lead early on. The French striker doubled Madrid’s lead at Montjuic ten minutes later as Vinicius produced a brilliantly weighted pass into space for Mbappe.

Eric García headed in from a corner in the 19th minute to cut the deficit as Barcelona quickly replied. Two minutes after Lamine Yamal leveled with a fantastic shot in the 32nd minute, Barcelona grabbed the lead thanks to a goal from Rhinha.

Fermin seemed to add a fifth goal for Barcelona in stoppage time after taking Valverde out, but the goal was disallowed for handball, giving the Catalans a thrilling and vital victory. Barcelona has improved their standing in the title fight by gaining seven points on Real Madrid at the top of La Liga with this victory.
