(The Post News)– Mrs Thembisile Hlatshwayo accepted a posthumous Diploma in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in Applications Development on behalf of her late daughter, Sinenhlanhla, at the Durban University of Technology (DUT).
The ceremony, held on May 24, 2025, at the Olive Convention Centre in Durban, was a bittersweet celebration of Sinenhlanhla’s academic achievements, cut short by her untimely passing. Mrs Hlatshwayo’s courageous presence on stage was a testament to a mother’s enduring love and a tribute to the dreams her daughter had worked tirelessly to pursue.
As Sinenhlanhla’s name was called, Mrs Hlatshwayo bravely stepped forward, her emotions a powerful expression of grief and pride.
