An emotional Eduarda Braum secures Brazil’s first Miss Supranational title.
(The Post News)– On the 27th of June, 2025, Eduarda Braum was announced as the winner of the 16th Miss Supranational pageant held in Nowy Sacz, Poland. Reigning Miss Supranational Harashta Haifa Zahra from Indonesia passed on the crown to Miss Brazil, who has now made history as the first Brazilian to hold this prestigious title.
Eduarda Braum, 23, is a model, presenter, and literature graduate from Alfonso, Brazil. She uses her platform to lead Protagonistas do Amanhã, a project through which she gives motivational talks in public schools about the power of education and self-awareness.
The competition began with 68 contestants from around the world, eventually narrowing down to just five finalists: Tarah Valencia of the Philippines, Valerie A. Klepadlo of Puerto Rico, Eduarda Braum of Brazil, Quishantely “Shanty” Leito of Curaçao, and Anna Valencia Lakrini of Germany.
Competing among the final five, Eduarda stood out during the question round, where she was asked, “How do you handle criticism, especially being in the public eye, and what have you learned from it?”
She spoke sincerely about the importance of embracing self-knowledge as you grow. The audience applauded after she shared, “It doesn’t matter what other people say about you. When you know who you are, everything becomes easier in your life.”
After her crowning, Braum took to social media to share a tearful video expressing her gratitude for the support she has received throughout her journey. She was followed by Anna Valencia Lakrini of Germany as the first runner-up and Quishantely “Shanty” Leito of Curaçao as the second runner-up. As Miss Supranational 2025, Eduarda is set to continue inspiring millions through her advocacy for education, empowerment, and self-awareness.
