(The Post News)– On the 14th and final day of the 2025 Wimbledon Gentlemen’s Championship, royalty, celebrities, and high-profile guests gathered in the most prestigious seating area at Centre Court—the Royal Box—to witness the final showdown between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz.
Seating nearly 80 distinguished guests, the Royal Box is considered the most exclusive section of the Wimbledon grounds. It is located at the south end of Centre Court and has been a fixture since 1922. The area is reserved for members of the royal family, heads of state, international dignitaries, tennis legends, and hand-picked celebrities. Access is by invitation only, extended by the chairman of the All England Club. Guests are expected to follow a formal dress code and maintain decorum, in keeping with Wimbledon’s traditions.
Who Was Spotted?
The Prince and Princess of Wales arrived shortly ahead of the Alcaraz-Sinner match. They were accompanied by their two oldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Princess Kate, who is the patron of the All England Club, participated in the post-match ceremony by presenting the Wimbledon trophy to this year’s winner, Jannik Sinner.
A-list Hollywood actor Nicole Kidman and Vogue’s editor-in-chief Anna Wintour were seated together and dressed in matching shades of white and cream. Other acclaimed actors who were present were Keira Knightley, Paul Mescal, Andrew Scott, Matthew McConaughey, and Benedict Cumberbatch, to name a few. Moreover, the King of Spain, Felipe VI, was also present and cheering on his country’s representative, Alcaraz.
