Noni Madueke has confirmed his departure from the Club World Cup Champions, Chelsea. In a touching social media statement, he thanked the supporters and colleagues as rumours about a move to Arsenal swirl.
Noni Madueke sent an emotional parting message to Chelsea fans. The young footballer took to social media to thank fans, coaching staff, and teammates for their support over the last few years. The news of his departure reinforces the rumours that he is the next signing for Arsenal. Although the player’s future has not yet been officially announced, several English media have suggested that the north London club could be his destination.
Madueke, 22, joined Chelsea in January 2023 and during his time at the club he has stood out for his pace and attacking ability. Last season, he contributed goals and assists in a number of competitions. Establishing himself as one of the most promising young players in the English football.
Madueke sent a message to the fans at Stamford Bridge,
“dear Chelsea Football Club, I want to thank you for the Last 3 or so years. To every staff member that helped me along this journey, thank you. To my teammates thank you for everything, I leave with only love and admiration for you guys.”
He further stated that they achieved so much this season and he honestly wish you guys nothing but the best. “To Enzo Maresca, it was a privilege to play under you, thank you for trying to better me as a player and as a person,” said Madueke on the post.
His last message was to thank every single Chelsea fan. “Thank you for the love, the praise and also the criticism, I appreciate it all. I leave here with nothing but fond memories,” concluded Madueke.
