(The Post News)- Everton Jack Grealish signed on loan from Manchester City. The 29-year-old midfielder brings top-level experience to Goodison Park. He helped Manchester City with three Premier League titles.
Grealish also played a key role in City’s historic winning season. Everton have made him their sixth signing of the summer window. He will wear the number 18 shirt for Everton this season. They already signed Charly Alcaraz, Thierno Barry, and Mark Travers. The club also brought in Adam Aznou and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
Everton aims to strengthen their midfield with Grealish’s creativity and vision. They hope his arrival boosts their push up the league table. Grealish has expressed joy over joining Everton, noting that the club is “fantastic” with incredible supporters.
Grealish was born on 10 September 1995 in Birmingham, England. He joined Aston Villa’s academy when he was six years old. Jack impressed coaches with his performances and leadership in the youth ranks.
He made his senior debut for Aston Villa in 2014 at the age of 16. The club then named him captain in 2019 due to his growing influence. Grealish led the team with passion both on and off the pitch.
He made a total of 213 appearances across all competitions during his time at Villa. He scored 32 goals and provided numerous assists for the club. Villa fans admired his creativity, ball control, and commitment. Manchester City signed him in 2021 after his standout performances.
Additionally, Grealish has earned 39 caps for England and scored four international goals. Meanwhile, he helped England reach the UEFA Euro 2020 finals with his strong performances.
