After her whirlwind romance with Kanye West, Julia Fox sets the record straight about her sexuality — and it’s not what you think- Neil Mockford/GC Images.
Actress Julia Fox clarified that she is pansexual, a revelation following her previous claim of being a lesbian last year. Julia made a sexual allusion in July when she replied to a widely shared TikTok joke about lesbians dating guys. “Hey, that was me,” she acknowledged. That lesbian was me. I apologise, boys. won’t occur once again.
Julia stunned fans once more earlier this week when she said she regretted getting cosmetic surgery to appease guys. The 35-year-old single mother revealed to Allure that she considers herself to be pansexual. “I’m pansexual, so I can be attracted to anything or anyone,” Julia clarified. The female body is what I like if it’s just physical. Men do not physically excite me, but I can appreciate a man’s intellect. I’m a vibes person.”
Because women encounter additional barriers when they discover they are gay, Julia acknowledged that it wasn’t easy for her to accept her identity. According to her, society expects women to serve males. All her life, there were signs. According to Julia, she frequently made codependent connections that resembled love partnerships. “I’m like, ‘Oh my God, we were in a relationship,’ when I think back on it.” But since I relied on men to support me in order to survive, I was unable to acknowledge it.
Julia disclosed last year that she broke off romantic and sexual ties with males over two years ago. She attributes her current daring, avant-garde fashion choices to that choice and parenthood. “I no longer have to entertain men,” Julia remarked. Julia subsequently stated that she felt she could be a lesbian but remained open to relationships with women after implying on TikTok that she was one. She acknowledged that while she had had encounters and crushes on women, she had never been in a committed relationship.
Julia also talked about her early confidence issues. She claimed that although many urged her to publish a book or perform, she rejected their suggestions. Julia didn’t think highly of herself and only saw herself in the art world, never on such a large scale. Julia now values her independence and uniqueness. To further emphasize her independence, she disclosed that she had been celibate for two years.
