(The Post News)- Fifth Harmony surprised fans with an early reunion at the Jonas Brothers’ concert, where the group took the stage for their performance in seven years.
On Sunday night, August 31, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, and Dinah Jane joined the show and performed their hit single “Worth It,” igniting excitement across social media.
Camila Cabello, who left the group in 2016 to pursue a solo career, didn’t take part in the reunion as she’s currently touring in Australia. Despite her absence, she showed her support by commenting four red heart emojis on a post about the performance.

Just hours before the concert, the group’s official social media account posted for the first time since 2018, using the hashtag #FifthHarmonyFollowSpree. That teaser fueled speculation and raised fans’ hopes—and the surprise performance confirmed their suspicions.
The performance quickly went viral, as longtime fans—known as “Harmonizers”—expressed their shock and joy at seeing the group reunite on stage. During the set, Kordei asked the crowd, “Y’all remember Fifth Harmony?” before the group launched into their chart-topping song.
Simon Cowell originally formed the group on The X Factor in 2012 by grouping the five singers together. The group released three albums and multiple platinum-certified singles, with “Work From Home” becoming their biggest hit, peaking at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
After Cabello’s departure in 2016, the remaining four members continued as a group until they announced an indefinite hiatus in 2018. Since then, each member has pursued solo projects, with Kordei releasing her debut album Dopamine in 2024.
This reunion performance comes amid recent reports that the group is planning a larger comeback in 2026 to mark the 10th anniversary of their album 7/27 and the success of “Work From Home.” Rumors also suggest that the four members are working on a documentary chronicling their return to the stage.
Still, not all fans saw the reunion as complete. While many celebrated the moment, others argued that it didn’t feel like a “true reunion” without Cabello. Some Harmonizers insisted that any official comeback should include all five original members, sparking debate online about what the future of the group should look like.
