He stated, “India is not neutral. India has a position, and that position is for peace”.
The leaders agreed to reshape defense ties, focusing on joint research, development, and production of advanced defense platforms. They also discussed labor mobility, civil nuclear energy, and tourism. India and Russia signed agreements on migration, mobility, and fisheries trade.
