2025 American Music Award nominations revealed, with Kendrick Lamar leading with 10 nominations.
(The Post News)– The 51st American Music Awards (AMAs) nominations are out, and Kendrick Lamar is at the top of the list with 10 potential honours. The rapper is nominated for Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and more.
Post Malone follows closely with eight nominations, while Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, and Shaboozey each have seven nods. The AMAs will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+ on May 26, hosted by Jennifer Lopez.
Fans can vote for their favourite artists now until May 15, with some categories remaining open until the show. The winners will be decided entirely by fan votes.
Other notable nominees include Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Hozier, and new artists like Benson Boone and Teddy Swims. New artist of the year nominees are Benson Boone, Chappell Roan, Gracie Abrams, Teddy Swims, and Tommy Richman.
Meanwhile, the Collaboration of the Year nominees are Kendrick Lamar & SZA – “Luther” and Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars – “Die with a Smile”, Marshmello & Kane Brown – “Miles on It”, Post Malone Featuring Morgan Wallen – “I Had Some Help” , ROSÉ & Bruno Mars – “APT”, and Taylor Swift Featuring Post Malone – “Fortnight”.
