(The Post News)- Proteas captain Temba Bavuma won the toss during the second test match. It was against India in Guwahati on Saturday.
He made the crucial decision to bat, setting the stage for what looks to be a fierce battle. After winning the first Test in Kolkata with ease South Africa now leads the two-match series 1-0.

In a calculated move, Bavuma replaced seamer Corbin Bosch with spinner Senuran Muthusamy. Indicating that the team will make use of the features of the Guwahati surface. “The wicket appears a lot improved,” Bavuma said, assessing the situation with the knowledge of an experienced skipper.
