(The Post News)- South African radio personality, DJ, and podcaster, Solomozi Thandubantu Phenduka, survived a car crash on Monday morning, July 22, in Rosebank, Johannesburg.
This happened when a vehicle crashed into one of the robots. The media personality only sustained minor injuries that also left him with a swollen finger.
Despite being shaken by the incident, Phenduka appeared in good spirits and took time to respond to get-well messages.
He assured his fans and followers that he was okay and made it out alive in the car crash after images of his wrecked car surfaced on his X (formally known as Twitter) timeline.
He received well-received support and speedy recovery messages from a lot of his followers.
“Thanks for all the messages. I’m 100% OK, just a swollen middle finger,” he updated his timeline.
As Pheduka is known for his good-humoured nature, his colleagues and followers turned a bitter situation into a humorous one to uplift him and prevent him from dwelling on the thought of the untimely accident.
A radio and television presenter, Sizwe Dhlomo, added a comment. “Your fingers always look swollen, so you’re really fine. Lol,” Most people are not as fortunate as Phenduka; many motorists lose their lives in horrific accidents.
