Sean “Diddy” Combs will be spending a lot more time at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail once more. There, he had an intriguing first supper.
(The Post News)– Disgraced celebrity Sean “Diddy” Combs is exchanging his meals from five-star eateries for prison meals. Combs was taken into custody in New York City earlier this week on allegations of racketeering and sex trafficking.
He had his second bail application on Wednesday; this time, his attorneys requested a $50 million bond, but the prosecution rejected it, citing him as a flight risk.
He is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), the same facility that once held fellow disgraced rapper R. Kelly. Not only is it the main federal correctional facility in the city, but it also seems to serve a varied dinner menu.
Rat-infested P Diddy’s jail, where disgraced rapper R Kelly served his sentence ‘1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube’ were among the items authorities allegedly discovered in Diddy’s residences.
Combs will take his first meal following his arraignment, with three meals provided daily. The rapper’s first meal in the jail was Swedish meatballs, according to The New York Post.
It looked like he went with the meatballs even though he had the choice of a black bean burger as well. Combs got green beans, a garden salad, egg noodles, and a 16-ounce drink for his sides.
His lodgings aren’t Four Seasons worthy, even if he gets fed three times a day. Several courts in this District have recognized that the conditions at Metropolitan custody Center are unsuitable for pre-trial custody, according to a bail motion filed by the 54-year-old’s attorneys on Tuesday.
A fire that cut off heat to some areas of the facility has left it with overflowing toilets, a cockroach infestation, and subfreezing temps. Before Jeffrey Epstein passed away there, it was home to mafiosos and gang members.
The businessman refuted every accusation made against him. Following the arrest, Marc Agnifilo, Sean Diddy Combs’ attorney, told The Mirror US, “We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe to be an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office”.
“ Over the course of the previous 30 years, Sean “Diddy” Combs—a music legend, self-made businessman, devoted family man, and established philanthropist—has built an empire, cherished his children, and worked to better the Black community.
To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but forthcoming with this inquiry, and he voluntarily moved to New York last week in preparation of these allegations. “He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal,” Agnifilo went on.
Please wait to make a decision until you have all the information. These actions are those of an innocent man who has nothing to conceal and is eager to have his reputation cleared in court.
