(The Post News)- The famous Ye as known as Kanye West is facing lawsuits as his ex-assistant, accused him of drugging and sexual assaulting her, at a studio owned by Diddy. Stating that the rapper committed “sexual battery” after giving her a laced drink.
Pisciotta has been working for Ye from 2021 to 2022, and has been silent till early this year, when she filled a lawsuit against him with accusations of sexual misconduct and unfair dismissal. She mentioned that he would send her explicit content, pleasuring himself during calls and meetings, and sexual battering her after allegedly drugging her.
Before hiring Pisciotta, Kanye West invited her to a music studio. There, he made everyone drink alcohol, saying they had to drink to stay. Pisciotta was allegedly given a drink with an unknown substance that made her feel dizzy and disoriented.
According to The Daily Beast They mentioned that “she couldn’t recall what happened afterwards she just felt ashamed and embarrassed” due to her memories of the night become hazy as she became heavily impaired, losing control over her body and speech.As she did not remember what happened that night at the studio. Later, Kanye West reminded her, saying they had a romantic encounter. This was shocking to Pisciotta, as she believed she was assaulted that night, not consenting to any intimate actions.
When Pisciotta told Ye she has no memory of that night, Ye replied, “women love to say they don’t remember,” the complaint saidPisciotta alleges Kanye West sexually assaulted her in a hotel room, ignoring her pleas to stop as he tried to force himself onto her.
Kanye West is facing another legal complaint from a former staff member, alleging they experienced severe mistreatment, harassment, and discrimination while employed at Yeezy and Donda Academy.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is listed as a co-host of the event, but Pisciotta’s lawsuit does not allege any misconduct by him. Meanwhile, Kanye West’s lawyers plan to sue Pisciotta, calling her accusations false and extortionate.
